Many of us feel like we are responsible for everyone else's happiness, that we need to be the mediator of the family, the therapist for our friends, that we must be on our best behavior to not rock the boat.

Perhaps there is an inner wildness in you, yearning to break free from routine, drop the obligations, be messy, cut your hair, revamp your wardrobe, and start from scratch.

Often this stems from trauma, attachment ruptures, and an incomplete sense of self-worth. This wounding is common especially for those who are highly sensitive, introverted, or socialized as young girls/women. Those old wounds go deep, and we’ll do anything not to feel them again.

As a highly sensitive, introverted, queer, non-binary artist—I’ve been there! And I’m thrilled to share that there is in fact another way. But first we need to hold compassion for the parts of us that learned these patterns of protection, honor the parts of us who have been carrying these wounds, and learn to access our clear, grounded Self.

Shifting these patterns can be scary, but I can help gently guide you to reclaiming your energy and living a life that actually serves you.

    Be your own body whisperer. Listen to the cues your body is giving you. Observe how your distress manifests in the body. Learn techniques to release stuck energy and ground.
