1:1 Sessions for Adults
Learning to be a functional, contributing member of society who is also a caring friend and family member is a daunting prospect in today’s culture. In a world with no rites of passage, no community ritual, and infinite possibilities and convenience, we can be left feeling lost, confused, and drained.
Maybe you learned to keep things to yourself, keep your head down and do what you’re told. Maybe you learned to bite your tongue and all your judgments are knocking around in your head, taking up space. Maybe you have learned to survive by making sure others are happy, and you’re just realizing that perhaps that means you’ve completely abandoned yourself.
Together, we will make sense of your learned self-limiting patterns and defenses, welcome these genius parts with compassion, and reclaim the energy you’ve spent pretending, and transform that into self-generating life force.

My style is playful, relational, and honest. In addition to CBT, ACT, and traditional talk therapy, I am trained in Expressive Arts Therapy and Internal Family Systems/parts work, voicework, somatics, and mindfulness. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, and trauma. I specialize in working with queer, trans/non-binary, gender non-conforming, BIPOC, gifted, highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and creative folks. My practice is kink/poly-allied and trauma-informed.
