Support Group for Burnt Out Moms

Being a mother can be incredibly rewarding, and it can also suck the life out of you. But what if you could reconnect to your life force by connecting with other hard-working moms?

Time and time again in my work, I meet with mothers who are doing so much. They are signing up for soccer practice, ballet, music lessons, scheduling play dates, cleaning the house, cooking the meals, maybe working a full time job, and also managing to look great on top of it all?!

And every time we meet for a call, they always have a smile on their face, nodding and taking notes to make sure they are doing everything they can to support their families. But usually, there comes a time when there is a breakdown.

It turns out, mamas need mamas too. What if we could gather and channel that beautiful, nurturing, maternal energy, to create a supportive web for each other?

In this group, there will be space to:

  • Celebrate the gifts of motherhood (including single moms)

  • Gripe about the pains

  • Smile because you didn’t have to complain about that one thing; someone else already did

  • Share tips and resources

  • Laugh and cry and laugh again

  • Remind yourself, that you don’t need to hold this alone

  • We may bring in arts (journaling, visual arts, singing) depending on the group
